The Cottage Naturopath

The Cottage Naturopath was created from a deep love of herbs, seasonal living, and the quiet craft of natural medicine. As a qualified naturopath and clinical herbalist, I bring together small-batch, seed-to-bottle remedies with evidence-based practice to offer care that is both grounded and genuine. Here, earth-centred traditions support your wellbeing, help you reconnect with the rhythms of the land, and invite the steady, time-honoured wisdom of plants into your everyday life.

Meet Storm

Qualified Naturopath & Medical Herbalist

Welcome, I’m Storm — a qualified Naturopath, Herbalist, Seleno Health certified cacao practitioner, and long-time wanderer of the natural health world. For the past ten years, I’ve found myself returning again and again to the plants, the quiet places, and the wisdom held in the land. My work is an extension of who I am: passionate, deep, grounded, deeply curious, and endlessly in love with the green world.

The Cottage Naturopath grew from my desire to offer a softer, earth-rooted approach to wellbeing — one that honors evidence-based clinical practice while still embracing the depth, magic, and relational nature of plant medicine. My path has been shaped as much by formal training as by years spent wildcrafting, making remedies, sitting with the plants, and learning from traditions older than any classroom.

I weave together clinical naturopathic medicine, grassroots folk herbalism, plant spirit medicine, and land led seasonal wellness. Many of the remedies I offer are small-batch, seasonal, and astrological, nurtured from seed to bottle with intention, love, and many years of experience.

My hope is that through my work, you remember your own belonging in nature, reconnect with your body’s wisdom, and find a way of healing that feels gentle, grounded, and true to who you are.
